1. General provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) applies to the Pastory website located at https://pastory.app.
1.2. This Agreement governs the relationship between the Administration of the site “Pastory” (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration) and the Users of this service.
1.3. The site administration reserves the right to change, add or remove clauses of this Agreement at any time without notifying the User.
1.4. The use of the Site by the User means acceptance of the Agreement and the changes made to this Agreement.
1.5. Pastory offers Users access to educational and entertainment information. All information published so far, as well as any addition of new information, is the subject of this Agreement.
1.6. The User is personally responsible for checking this Agreement for changes in it.

2. Definitions of terms

2.1. The following terms have the following meanings for the purposes of this Agreement:
2.1.1. “Pastory” – an Internet resource located on the domain name https://pastory.app, which acts as an introductory resource to familiarize the user with the platform and functionality of the application.
2.1.2. “Pastory” is a site that selects content for users according to their preferences.
2.1.3. Site Administration – authorized employees to manage the Site and the Application, acting on behalf of the name of the organization.
2.1.4. Site User (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a person who has access to the Site and the Application through a mobile application.

3. User registration. User Account

3.1. In order to use the “Pastory” application, the User must go through the registration procedure, as a result of which a unique account will be created for the User.
3.2. For registration, the User provides data of third-party services (Google, TikTok) by authorization on the “Pastory” page. The user undertakes to provide reliable supplemented information in the mobile application.
3.3. The Pastory application exclusively uses user data from the account and those that the user specifies directly in the application. The application does not collect user data from the device.
3.4. Pastory reserves the right to require the User to confirm the data specified during registration at any time.
3.5. The User’s personal information contained in the User’s account is stored and processed by Pastory in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.
3.6. The User is obliged to immediately notify Pastory of any case of unauthorized (not authorized by the User) access to the site and the Pastory Application, and using the User’s account and / or any violation (suspicion of violation) of the confidentiality of their means of access to the account. For security purposes, the User is obliged to independently carry out a safe shutdown under his account (the “Exit” button) at the end of each session of work with the Pastory sites. Pastory is not responsible for possible loss or corruption of data, as well as other consequences of any nature that may occur due to the violation by the User of the provisions of this part of the Agreement.
3.7. The User is not entitled to reproduce, repeat and copy, sell and resell, or use for any commercial purposes any parts of the Pastory website (including the content available to the User), or access to them.

4. Subject of the agreement

4.1. The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User with access to content selected on the basis of his requests from third-party services (YouTube, TikTok), as well as content that tells about how to apply knowledge from cognitive content in life.
4.1.1. The Site provides the User with the following types of services (services):

• access to recommended content based on their preferences;

4.1.2. This Agreement covers all currently existing (actually functioning) services (services) of the Site, as well as any subsequent modifications and additional services (services) that appear in the future.
4.2. Access to the site is provided free of charge with the option to purchase a premium account to expand site limits and get additional functionality.
4.3. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Site, the User is considered to have acceded to this Agreement.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

5.1. The site administration has the right to:
5.1.1. Change the rules for using the Site, as well as change the content of this Site. The changes come into force from the moment the new version of the Agreement is published on the Site.
5.2. The user has the right:
5.2.1. Use the Site solely for the purposes and in the manner provided for by the Agreement and not prohibited by law.
5.2.2. Copying information from the Site is allowed with the indication of the source.
5.2.3. Require the administration to hide any information about the user.
5.2.4. Use the site information for personal non-commercial purposes.
5.3. The Site User undertakes:
5.3.1. Provide, at the request of the Site Administration, additional information that is directly related to the services provided by this Site.
5.3.2. Observe the property and non-property rights of authors and other copyright holders when using the Site.
5.3.3. Do not take actions that may be considered as disrupting the normal operation of the Site.
5.3.4. Do not use the Site to distribute information of an advertising nature, except with the consent of the Site Administration.
5.3.5. Do not use the services for the purpose of:
5.3.5.1. violation of the rights of minors and (or) harm to them in any form.
5.3.5.2. infringement of the rights of minorities.
5.3.5.3. representing yourself as another person or representative of an organization and (or) community without sufficient rights, including employees of this site.
5.3.6. Ensure the accuracy of the information provided
5.3.7. Ensure the safety of personal data from access by third parties.
5.4. The user is prohibited from:
5.4.1. Use any devices, programs, procedures, algorithms and methods, automatic devices or equivalent manual processes to access, acquire, copy or monitor the content of the Site.
5.4.2. Disrupt the proper functioning of the Site.
5.4.3. In any way bypass the navigation structure of the Site to obtain or attempt to obtain any information, documents or materials by any means that are not specifically provided by the services of this Site.
5.4.4. Unauthorized access to the functions of the Site, any other systems or networks related to this Site, as well as to any services offered on the Site.
5.4.5. Violate the security or authentication system on the Site or any network associated with the Site.
5.4.6. Perform a reverse search, track or attempt to track any information about any other User of the Site.
5.4.7. The Pastory application is based on interaction with YouTube API Services. Receiving data from the service with subsequent analytics and output based on the pre-posting information that you specify in our application. 5.4.8. To ensure correct use of the service, we authorize users through the Google system. By logging into our system you also agree to Google’s usage policy

6. Application use

6.1. The Application and the Content included in the Application is owned and operated by the Site Administration.
6.2. The content of the Application cannot be copied, published, reproduced, transmitted or distributed in any way, as well as posted on the global Internet without the prior written consent of the Site Administration.
6.3. The content of the Site and the Application is protected by copyright, trademark law, as well as other rights related to intellectual property and unfair competition law.
6.4. The information posted in the Application should not be construed as a change to this Agreement.
